First thing I think of when I hear this is Saints Row. It wasn't played on a station in-game, if I recall properly.

Only on the main menu, or after being bought at the record store and added to the custom playlist.

Yeah, great game.

I remember trying to put as many of the game's vehicles in the garage as I could.

My first two cars were the Ant and the Slingshot . Two cars I was disappointed about them not appearing in any SR games since.
